2-3India Intermediary Safe Harbor

Subject to compliance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Intermediary Rules, Listifys may qualify for limited safe harbor protections for third-party content hosted on the Platform.

Safe harbor does not apply where Listifys has actual knowledge of unlawful content and fails to act as required by law.

3-1User-Generated Content

Listings, photos, reviews, and messages are created by users and do not reflect the views of Listifys.

We do not pre-screen all content and are not responsible for opinions, claims, or representations made by users.

3-2Counterfeit and Prohibited Items

Listifys prohibits counterfeit goods, stolen property, and items listed in our Prohibited Items Policy. However, no moderation system is perfect.

Users should exercise independent judgment and report listings that appear illegal, unsafe, or misleading.

Shipping arrangements, customs duties, insurance, and meetup safety are handled entirely by buyers and sellers outside the Platform. Listifys does not provide or manage shipping, delivery, packaging, or carrier services.
